This no-churn Vegan Chocolate Sorbet is made with simple 5 ingredients. It's easy to make and is ready to set in just 10 minutes. This sorbet is light, sweet and very chocolatey in the end. Enjoy it in cups or cones.
1 cup Sugar, 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder, 1 tbsp Vanilla, 1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Add water and whisk until combined
3 cups Water
Bring the saucepan over the stove to medium heat. Simmer until ingredients have dissolved.
Pour mixture in a parchment lined 8 inch loaf pan.
Plan pan in freezer for at least 6 hours, or until the vegan sorbet has completely hardened.
Notes
Keep the vegan chocolate sorbet covered in the freezer for up to 4 months/Add some chocolate chips or fruit before serving.You an make the sorbet using an ice-cream machine if desired.
