1cupVegan Mozzarella Cheese
1lbZiti Pasta
1jarMarinara Sauce
1mediumOnion

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ziti per package instructions.
1 lb Ziti Pasta
In a saucepan, cook the vegan meat substitute, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until they're cooked. See notes for ways to prevent sticking and substitutions.
1 medium Onion, 2 cloves Garlic, 1 lb Impossible Meat
Season with salt and pepper.
1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper
Add the jar of marinara.
1 jar Marinara Sauce
Drain the pasta and add it to a 9x13 casserole dish.
Top the pasta with the sauce mixture. Stir to combine.
Top the pasta mixture with vegan mozzarella.
1 cup Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with salad and bread.
Notes
*To prevent the vegan meat substitute from sticking slowly add a small amount of water or veggie broth to the saucepan. Using a wooden spoon scrape to remove anything stuck. Repeat this process as needed. The meat substitute will release on its own after being removed from the heat.You can substitute the meat substitute for lentils or your favorite canned bean.
