1 can vegan refrigerated biscuits 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
Cut the vegan biscuits into fourths
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling add the baking soda

Boil the biscuit pieces for 1 minute. Be careful not to over boil the biscuits, they will fall apart.

Place the biscuits onto a parchment-lined baking sheet after they've been boiled.
Brush the top with a small amount of olive oil then sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top.
