Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Vegan Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 medium dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F
  • Gather the brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Place in a bowl.

  • Top with olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss to coat them.

  • Air fry the brussels sprouts at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until the outer layer is crispy.
  • Meanwhile, make the vegan honey mustard dressing by adding the remaining ingredients to a high-speed blender.
    1/2 cup hemp seeds, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp mustard, 4 medium dates, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Blend until the mixture becomes nice and creamy. Place in a small bowl and serve alongside the air-fried brussels sprouts.
