Add in your ripe banans and mash them right in this bowl.
Add the flax egg, sugar, oil, and vanilla to the bowl. Mix well until combined.
Add flour to the banana mixture and mix to fully combine.
Gently fold in the walnuts to the banana bread batter.
Add the dough to a well-greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
