Chocolate Chip Cookies

So, you want to bake some cookies. You’ve come to the right place. Baking cookies is so easy and so delicious. Let's get to baking some vegan double chocolate chip cookies (with vegan white chocolate!)

This version is better than the original. No one will ever know it's dairy-free and vegan!

Cream the vegan butter and sugars together


Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar to a mixing bowl. Mix until the sugars have almost dissolved.

Add the flax egg


After the butter and sugar and combined add the flax meal water mixture and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients


Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and flour to a bowl. Stir to combine.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients


Add the dry ingredient to the butter mixture and mix to fully combine.

Fold in the chocolate and white chocolate chips


Add the vegan chocolate chips. Then fold them in using a spatula to keep the chocolate chips from breaking up too much.

Add cookies parchment lined baking sheet


Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F or until the sides have browned slightly.
