Carrots Potatoes Garlic Cashews Pickle jalapenos

garlic powder onion powder nutritional yeast salt

Pickle juice Jalapeno juice almond milk miso paste lime

pepper salsa Cumin

Step 1

bring the potatoes, carrots, and garlic to a boil.

Boil until carrots and potatoes are soft.

Step 2

Add all of the ingredients minus the salsa, and boiled vegetables to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Add in the boiled potatoes, carrots, and garlic to the cashew mixture.

Step 4

Add the salsa  and the lime juice to the queso mixture pulse to incorporate.
