So, you want to make some biscuits. You’ve come to the right place. Baking biscuits is quick and easy. Let's get to baking some vegan buttery biscuits (with vegan butter!)

This version is better than the original. No one will ever know it's dairy-free and vegan!

Mix in the dry ingredients

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt to a bowl. Stir to combine.

Cut in the butter

Add the butter to the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your hands.

Add the sour milk

Add the sour milk combo (vinegar and milk) to the dry ingredients. Mix until if forms a ball.

Cut out biscuits

Using a biscuit cutter, cut out biscuits.

Place on a baking sheet

Place the cut biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 8 minutes

Bake the biscuits for 8 minutes at 425 degrees.
