Press and drain your tofu. Cut into cubes and coat with cornstarch. Cook until golden brown.
Add chopped carrot and stir until it becomes golden.
Add in the red onion and peppers to the wok. Stir and cook.
Add in the broccoli, green onions, and garlic. Cook until soft.
Stir in the prepared tofu.
Add in the prepared stir fry sauce.
