1homemade vegan pizza dough
1/4cupolive oil
2clovesgarlicfinely diced or grated (grated is best!)
2tbspvegan parmesan
1/2tspsalt
1tsporegano
1/4tspred pepper flakes
1/4tspfresh ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare a baking sheet by placing a piece of parchment paper on top or spray with some non-stick spray.
Divide your homemade vegan pizza dough into 24 balls.

Roll those balls into logs then gently tie them into a knot.
Place your knots onto your parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow the garlic knot dough to sit for 30 minutes.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until the edges become slightly golden brown.
While your garlic knots are baking, in a bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, vegan parmesan, salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, and ground pepper. Stir to fully comine the ingredients.
