1/2cupPlant MilkI used soy milk
1tbspVanilla ExtractYou can sub with vanilla powder or vanilla bean
1/4cupPeanut ButterSub with almond butter or sun butter
2tbspCacao NibsOptional
Instructions
Add the frozen bananas, cacao powder, pitted dates, plant milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to a blender.
3 medium Frozen Bananas, 2 tbsp Cacao Powder, 5 medium Dates, 1/2 cup Plant Milk, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
Blend until nice and smooth. You may need to use the tamper to allow this to blend until smooth.
