- Peanut Butter (if making raw sub with raw almond butter)
- Vanilla Extract (you can sub vanilla powder or vanilla bean)
- Frozen Bananas
- Cacao Nibs (optional)

- Use homemade plant milk or use coconut water or water
- Vanilla extract can be replaced with scrapping vanilla beans or raw vanilla powder

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 High speed blender
Ingredients
- 3 medium Frozen Bananas
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder You can sub cocoa powder
- 5 medium Dates Pitted
- 1/2 cup Plant Milk I used soy milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract You can sub with vanilla powder or vanilla bean
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter Sub with almond butter or sun butter
- 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs Optional
Instructions
- Add the frozen bananas, cacao powder, pitted dates, plant milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to a blender.3 medium Frozen Bananas, 2 tbsp Cacao Powder, 5 medium Dates, 1/2 cup Plant Milk, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- Blend until nice and smooth. You may need to use the tamper to allow this to blend until smooth.
