Peel, core, and slice the apples. Place them in a bowl with the sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
In a different bowl combine the dry ingredients and the vegan butter. Mix with a pastry cutter until it resembles crumbles.
Place the prepared apples to a baking dish.
Top with the crumble mixture.
Bake for an hour or until golden brown.
