Why follow a whole foods plant-based diet?
In 2012, Jenn was 75 pounds overweight, unmotivated, and suffering from digestive issues. She tried every diet possible from low carb, low fat, and south beach to name a few. Every time she’d lose some weight but would feel sick and go back to her “normal” ways.
She was introduced to the documentary Sick, Fat, and Nearly Dead and read the book Eat To Live by Dr. Joel Furhman. Then the next day she started a 15-day reboot and ever since has followed a whole-foods plant-based diet.
She was able to drop the weight and keep it off without feeling sick, deprived, or hungry.
