This vegan chocolate sorbet lasts for up to 4 months covered in the freezer.

Can you make this in an ice-cream maker?
Yes! This is made easily in an ice-cream maker. Make sure the ice-cream bowl is completely frozen. Pour the contents into the maker and set it for 25 minutes or follow the instructions on your machine.
How to serve the vegan chocolate sorbet?
You can serve the sorbet in a bowl or in a vegan ice cream cone. Top with chopped nuts, fruit, or more vegan chocolate chips.

Vegan Chocolate Sorbet
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 cups Water
- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
- Mix all ingredients except water in a sauce pan1 cup Sugar, 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder, 1 tbsp Vanilla, 1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
- Add water and whisk until combined3 cups Water
- Bring the saucepan over the stove to medium heat. Simmer until ingredients have dissolved.
- Pour mixture in a parchment lined 8 inch loaf pan.
- Plan pan in freezer for at least 6 hours, or until the vegan sorbet has completely hardened.
