All you need are a few common pantry vegan staples to make these super tasty cookies! Here’s everything you’ll need to make them:
- Vegan butter
- Oat milk
- Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- All-purpose flour
- Cornstarch
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
How to make vegan sugar cookies
To make this easy no-chill one-bowl vegan sugar cookie recipe follow these steps. Check out the recipe card below for the full recipe!
- Mix together the butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until well combined and the sugar has almost dissolved.
- Next, add the cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Slowly add the flour. Mix until combined but do not over-mix.
- Use a small/medium cookie scoop and add dough to the prepared cookie sheet. Press the cookies down slightly with the palm of your hand.
- Bake until the edges are just golden brown.

Vegan Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1/4 cup oat milk or any plant milk of your choice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl mix together the butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until well combined and the sugar has almost dissolved.1/2 cup vegan butter, 1/4 cup oat milk, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla extract
