We have 4 apple trees in our yard so I make a lot of apple desserts and dishes this time of year like apple muffins, apple hand pies, and your classic vegan apple pie. This vegan apple tart might be my favorite.

I love how easy it is to make and what I love most of all is the rustic quality of it. Made with a store-bought pie crust (make sure to be ready to label to make sure it’s vegan!) and baked on a cookie sheet you’ll be enjoying this apple dessert in no time!
